HOLIDAY MUSICAL set the pace in the two path, was coaxed along the inside midway around the turn, and kicked on from the inside down the lane to edge clear. CITY BLAZE tracked inside early, was cued from the two path midway around the turn, and ran on while on the left lead to chase home the winning pacesetter for place. PLAYKOZ raced off the pace in the four path, was driven in the three path around the turn, made no closing bid, but was along for show. SILVER BROOK was prompted from up close in the three path early but faded in the four path down the stretch. GOLDEN HAUL chased between foes, was driven in the two path around the turn, but did not threaten in the four path down the lane.

DELIGHTFUL CAT bumped outer foe at the start, moved up along the inside to apply pressure to the early pace setter, took charge at the top of the lane and drove clear. BE KOZY bumped inner foe at the start, tracked the pace three wide, advanced through the turn to launch a bid at the top of the lane, overtook the initial pace setter but was no match for the winner. COUSIN MINNIE broke alertly, came under inside pressure from DELIGHTFUL CAT shortly after the start, found herself between bids at the top of the lane, conceded to both and flattened out. EARLY BLOOMER was fractious in the gate, trailed for most, passed retreating foe. FLAME FOR REAL was bumped between foes at the start, raced off the pace along the inside, trailed at the three eighths.

BERMUDA CAY bumped inner foe at the start, stalked the pace three wide, backed off a length in the turn to reposition in the two path at the top of the stretch, took charge at the eighth before getting nailed by an outer foe at the wire. M'LADY SANSA pressed the pace from the two path, got carried out into the three path when rounding the turn, had no closing bid, held for the show award. FLAMING MAMA was sent to the early lead, floated out in the three path at the top of the lane, continued under pressure before finally giving way in the final furlong. WILLOWY bumped outer foe at the start, tracked the pace from the inside, trailed by the quarter.

ICE MINISTER had a slow start, chased in the four path, was driven in the three path around the far turn, but did not threaten. STREAMSONG brushed with an inner foe at the start, then trailed throughout around the two path.

TICKET TO FLY quickly claimed command just off the rail, came under pressure from YAREE D TAT after the first turn, met an inside bid from CEEBEE entering the far turn and gave way at the three eighths, chased that one down the stretch along her left lead until switching in the final yards, clear of the rest for second. EMERSON'S DREAM settled off the pace along the inside, tipped out four wide in the upper stretch, split foes at the eighth marker to be up for the show award. HALCYON DAYS brushed with inner foe at the start, trailed for most, improved position along the outside of the stretch. TUENDA brushed with outer foe at the start, led the second flight of horses, closed in on the first flight through the far turn, improved position along the inside of the stretch before giving way to a couple of others late. YAREE D TAT moved up through the first turn to apply pressure to the early pace setter from the three path, was roused through the far turn but lacked the response needed and faded down the stretch. A NEW PEACE tracked the pace three wide, retreated down the stretch.

SOUP TODAY trailed in the two path, was driven around the turn, but made no impact. SUN OF WAR stalked in the five path, was ridden in the four path around the turn, but retreated. RUN BOBBY RUN bumped with an outer foe at the start, raced in range along the rail, bid for the lead passing the three-eighths pole, floated out to the three path entering the stretch, but yielded between foes in the final furlong.

J SQUARED was off a beat slow, advanced through traffic to vie with ALTER BOY up the backstretch, began retreating in the far turn and trailed by the three sixteenths.
