Frequently Asked Questions

WinningCredits™ (WC) are our in-app currency used to purchase E-Z Win® Forms. Forms are priced at 1 WC per race remaining to run, so a 10-race card costs 10 WC while a card with only 3 races left costs just 3 WC. You can purchase credits anytime from the Add Credits button in the navigation or from the Billing page.
You'll retain access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll return to the free Grandstand tier. Any remaining included cards will be forfeited at the end of your billing period.
Winner's Circle members receive 10 E-Z Win® Forms each month as part of their subscription, including premium event cards like the Kentucky Derby and Breeders' Cup. These reset on each billing cycle and can be used on any track. Unused Forms do not roll over.
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Free (Grandstand) members can see forms for today plus the next 2 days. Clubhouse and Winner's Circle subscribers get Early Access— forms are available up to 7 days in advance, as soon as the track releases final entries.
