KARA FLASH raced in the middle of the field, weakened and lacked a kick. DEWEY'S SOLDIER always raced near the back and showed little. MAGGIES MISSION went to the front, drove clear and retreated to the rear.

FREE LIKE A GIRL unhurried in the beginning, moved up on the inside around the second turn, made a late bid, couldn't catch the winner, but got up for place. NODAH lacked early speed, moved up on the outside around the second turn, made a late bid and missed second. RISING INFLATION raced near the middle of the pack, within contention, made a late bid and was outfinished for second and third. NORAH G vied for the early advantage, weakened and lacked a late kick.
