FRISEE always raced near the back and showed little.

THE DONEGAL CLAN stalked the leaders in the early going, moved up around the final turn, pulled away and finished well. HAP HOT dueled for the early lead, forwardly placed throughout, but couldn't keep up with the winner down the home stretch. GRAND ACADEMIC void of early speed, came around the final turn four wide, made a mild bid, but proved no match for the top two. MR MCGREGOR raced within striking distance, faded and lacked a late kick. COWAN dueled for the early advantage, saved ground, dropped back and was no threat late.

CAJUN MOVIESTAR pressed pace, forwardly placed throughout, made a late bid, racing four wide, dueled to the wire and just missed. HE'S READY TO WIN went to the front, drove clear and lacked a finish. SARAH'S VISION raced within contention, forwardly placed throughout, proved no match for the winner, but got up for second. FEATHERS ROAD showed early speed, raced close throughout and was outfinished for second. GOLDEN QUALITY raced within striking distance, saved ground and finished evenly. FORT BONZ lacked early speed, improved position, but was no factor. WILTON stumbled at the start, raced in the back, moved up, but was no threat. BELLO CREEDO vied for the early advantage, saved ground around the second turn and dropped back. JOHNNYSJOURNEY void of early speed and was never close. EASY BIG BOY raced within contention, had an outside trip, dropped back and was outrun.

C C SHORT DRIVE pressed the pace, took the lead around the turn, drove clear and held on well for the win. DOLLY'S GUITAR unhurried in the beginning, made a steady gain, proved no match for the winner, but was a clear second.
