WILL OF A WARRIOR was rated early between rivals, advanced two to three wide under mild coaxing on the far turn, ranged up four wide to make a bid leaving the turn and went on even terms for command to the furlong marker and drove clear to prove best under right handed crop urging. TRIUMPHANT ROAD pressed the pace from the outside of a duo and made a three wide bid to duel for command to the quarter pole, shook off that rival but was engaged by the winner leaving the three sixteenths and dueled to the furlong marker but proved to be no match for that rival while holding on to finish on even terms for the place award. GET READY TO ROCK was settled early from between rivals, advanced two to three wide on the turn while covered up, came four wide into the lane and ran on late to finish on even terms for the place award. NEURAL NETWORK vied for the lead in between rivals and then made a bid to duel for command to the quarter pole to the inside of a rival but weakened in the lane. DANGEROUS DRIVER was rated along the outside and raced three to four wide on the far turn, came five wide into the lane but faded. PASAJERA was settled along the outside and raced three wide on the far turn but offered no rally. WILLINGNESS vied for the lead on the inside but gave way after six furlongs. TAPIZAR'S TEMPER was settled along the inside and failed to menace. WINEMAN TRAX was well placed on the inside but tired. GARRINCHA hit the gate at the start and trailed while in the two path and had no response.

ACT A FOOL set a rated pace along the rail, widened in upper stretch and held safe under a drive. NANTASKET BEACH rated off the pace three wide around the first turn, was urged three wide around the far turn and ran on through the lane to narrow the gap. LIVE HIGH LIVE LOW prompted the winner two wide and was one-paced through the lane. ADIOS COLE raced off the pace three wide, angled wide in upper stretch and lacked the needed rally. SEAVER saved ground in range and lacked a closing bid. I'M DUE failed to menace while racing two wide.

BACK EM UP was away alertly to set the pace in the two path early, dropped to the inside entering the turn and was pressured to his outside by the three eighths marker to the quarter pole, came three wide off the bend and shook the reigns and responded well to draw clear and then drew off to prove much the best under hand urging. BIG PARADISE was fractious in the gate, broke in the air at the start, then moved up to stalk the pace three wide and made a two wide bid to press the winner on the turn and came four wide off the bend but proved to be no match for the winner while staying on to be second best. UNCLECHARLIESGIFT prompted the early pace from the inside and fell back on the turn and moved out to be three wide by the quarter pole and weakened. MAKE IT BIG tracked the early pace from between rivals and fell back and dropped to the inside on the turn and weakened.

DESTINO D'ORO saved ground off the pace, advanced two wide between foes around the far turn, swung out in upper stretch, closed outside, was herded out then bumped late and was up in the final strides. AND ONE MORE TIME broke in and bumped SOUPER WILLIWAW at the start, saved ground in range around the first turn, angled out down the backstretch, bid four wide around the far turn, took over near the quarter pole, drifted out through the stretch, bumped the winner late and led until the final strides. RAMSEY POND bumped with MISCHIEF IN MOTION at the start, saved ground well back, swung eight wide in upper stretch and rallied for the show. SOUPER ZONDA stalked the pace three wide around the first turn, bid two wide between foes around the far turn but was outfinished in the lane. SOUPER WILLIWAW was bumped between foes at the start, raced in range three wide around both turns and lacked the needed rally. BROWN SUGAR lacked early speed while racing two wide, edged closer three wide around the far turn, swung widest in upper stretch and never threatened. SUPA SPEED chased the pace two wide and weakened in the lane. MISS MARY NELL dueled two wide around the first turn then at the rail around the far turn and faltered in the lane. SMART UNION was bumped at the start, saved ground in midpack, tipped out in upper stretch and had no closing bid. NOSLEEPTILBROOKLYN broke a step slowly, raced three and four wide and made little impact. MISCHIEF IN MOTION bumped with RAMSEY POND at the start, raced off the pace two wide early, went five wide around the far turn and was never a threat. IT AIN'T TWO (GB) had early speed inside, rated back to stalk in the pocket down the backstretch and around the far turn and came up empty in the lane.

COMPASS RISES trailed in the two path for the opening six furlongs, swung four wide near the five-sixteenths marker, kicked in and was up near the sixteenth pole. MORE THAN GLORY stalked the pace three wide, bid into the far turn, took the lead midway around the bend, drew clear soon after, led to the sixteenth pole and was clearly second best late. WORLDLY BEAUTY tracked the pace two and three wide between foes, could not match strides in upper stretch but kept on to gain the show. PLAY FREE BIRD raced off the pace three wide, bid three deep around the far turn and flattened out in the lane. SUNROOF saved ground and failed to menace. TRUMPETTA raced up close at the rail around the first turn, moved up inside of the pacesetter early on the backstretch, dueled inside then faltered after six furlongs. MUSICAL JOURNEY set the pace two wide and retreated after six furlongs.

LAYABOUT was hard held and well rated while three wide throughout, still in hand nearing the quarter pole and then was coaxed along leaving the turn and made a three wide bid to gain a short lead in late stretch and then held off the fast closing TIZ DASHING to prove best under a drive. TIZ DASHING checked hard into the first turn on the inside and then was checked repeatedly on the first turn on the inside while a bit keen, then settled into stride on the backside, shuffled on the far turn while boxed leaving the three eighths, waited and moved out a path leaving the quarter pole, angled out and bumped CHAPMAN'S PEAK forcing that rival out by the furlong marker and then closed fast to just miss. TANK stalked the early pace three wide and then went up to press the pace two wide and made a two wide bid to draw clear leaving the five sixteenths and was clear by the furlong marker but was caught leaving the sixteenth marker and was out-kicked late. SIMULATE tracked the pace along the inside and then moved out to the two path nearing the quarter pole, was sent down leaving the turn to make a bid but had to steady briefly nearing the sixteenth marker losing all chance then held the fourth spot late. CHAPMAN'S PEAK was settled two to three wide and raced in between rivals down the backside, advanced on the far turn between rivals and came four wide into the lane, then was bumped and forced out by the furlong marker and then ran on willingly to the wire. SOUPER FORCES was four wide into the first turn and reserved on the outside, made a five wide run nearing the quarter pole and came six to seven wide into the lane and offered a belated rally on the far outside but needed more. DAY AND AGE steadied into the first turn and then had a rival clip his heels, settled between rivals and was three wide by the quarter pole and weakened in the lane. DISCREET DANCER was reserved early and then was a bit rank entering the first turn on the inside and then failed to menace. CHURCH AND STATE clipped heels into the first turn and checked, then moved to the outside down the backside and made a four to five wide move on the far turn nearing the quarter pole, came five to six wide into the lane but tired. ROAR OF THE BEAST showed the way while clear and on the inside on the first turn, then was pressured by the five furlong marker and then gave way leaving the five sixteenths.
