ALITTLEBITNAUGHTY settled just off the inside near the rear of the field, came under encouragement at the five-sixteenths, continued in the two path into upper stretch, angled in to the inside near the sixteenth marker and rallied up the rail issuing a challenge in the late stages and just missed on the line. PRETRIAL STATEMENT broke out at the start bumping RAGAZZO D'ORO, showed the way in hand along the inside patiently handled until roused taking the two path into upper stretch, dug in under a drive under challenge from flanking rivals late and was nailed in the final jump by both foes and forced to settle for the show honors at the end. PRINTER'S ALLEY bumped with a foe after the start, went around the first turn in the three path, settled outside but with some cover, was roused in the three path on the far turn, gained in the four path late on that bend then made a bid around the quarter-pole, battled under a drive into the final sixteenth and was out-kicked then just missed the trifecta. MY LIFE STORY hit the outside of the gate soundly and nearly unseated the rider, became rank behind a troubled foe into the first turn, continued rank while inside through that bend, was reserved off the pace, moved from the hedge to the two path late on the far turn, was asked for his best in upper stretch and finished with late energy to just miss the superfecta. READY SET TWIRL traveled around the first turn in the two path, was rated off the pace, saved ground for most of the far turn then moved to the two path, shifted to the four path into the stretch, chased the vanguard in the drive and lacked the needed kick. WILLINTORISKITALL bumped with a rival at the start, was caught in the four path on the first turn, settled towards the back, raced in the three path while roused on the far turn, moved out in upper stretch, lugged in some in the drive and gained but failed to threaten. LACHAISE bumped with a foe at the start, bumped with another rival after the break, went around the turns in the three to four path, spun into the stretch in the five path and also lacked the needed kick. MIDDLE MARKET rounded the first turn in the two path, settled towards the rear, was roused along the hedge on the far turn, moved out in upper stretch and gained late but failed to impact. DESPERATE PROPOSAL was off slow and spotted the front a few lengths, raced inside to the two path on the turns and was no factor. HANDS OF TIME went to the front, showed the way in hand while inside to the two path, lost the lead just inside the five-sixteenths, dropped back under a drive into the final furlong and tired.

TOMORROW'S WISH stumbled at the start, went three wide through the first turn and then five paths off the inside down the backstretch, tucked to the inside near the half mile pole briefly before tipping back out four wide with seven-sixteenths to run, retreated through the turn and went four to five wide into upper stretch, then tired in the drive. CYBERBEAST shied out at the break filling the space left vacant by COCKTAILSNKRINGLE, chased just off the inside under a ride from three furlongs out, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and weakened. REACTION four then three wide through the first turn, chased six paths off the inside down the backstretch, went five wide through the far turn briefly pushed along at the seven-sixteenths, got eased up on and went six to seven wide into upper stretch, jogged home to the finish, then got pulled up just prior to the wire and was walked off under his own power.

HARPY hit the outside of the gate at the start but broke with the body of the field, was hard held while stalking the leader on the inside, saved ground on the turn, was asked near the quarter-pole, chased into the final furlong and came up empty. ESPRESSO TINI was forwardly placed on the outside, came under urging in the four path on the turn, floated into the six path into upper stretch then drifted further out and had nothing left. THAT'S AMORE was off slow and spotted the front a few lengths, lagged well behind under urging, saved ground on the turn, came out into upper stretch and was no factor.

BUETANE just off the pace five paths off the inside down the backstretch, went four wide through the turn coming under coaxing near the five-sixteenths, swung five wide into upper stretch, proved no match for the top one while running on to best a rival for the place honors in the final jumps. CURTAIN CALL settled just off the pace four paths off the rail down the backstretch, tucked three wide through the turn and came under encouragement at the five-sixteenths, tipped out four wide into upper stretch, proved no match for the top one, ran on through to the finish tussling with BUETANE to the wire and was just headed for the place honors in the final jumps while clear of the rest for the show honors. AYE EYE broke a beat slow without incident, went to the rail briefly before ROMEO tucked in front and tipped out two to three wide down most off the backstretch, tucked inside briefly nine-sixteenths from home, then tipped out three wide and ended up four wide when placed to urging at the seven-sixteenths, angled five wide at the head of the stretch and passed a pair of tired rivals. ROMEO broke a beat slow in concert with AYE EYE but also without incident, came under hustling and went to the inside early on before tipping out to the five path five furlongs from home, angled in to the three path at the nine-sixteenths before making his way to the two path half a mile from home, went two then three wide through the turn urged along from three furlongs out, cornered three to four wide into upper stretch and made no impact. FLYIN HAWAIIAN chased just off the inside from just off the pace coming under coaxing three furlongs from home, spun two to three wide into upper stretch, faltered in the drive and was eased home in the late stages to the wire.

STARS AND STRIDES was well placed just off the pace on the inside, moved to the two path late on the far turn, dropped back to an open hedge while roused in upper stretch, rallied inside to get the lead inside the furlong marker, shook clear coming to the sixteenth-pole and prevailed under steady handling. MAGIC PATHWAY saved ground while reserved off the pace, dropped back leaving the backstretch, raced inside on the far turn, was roused in the two path into upper stretch, dropped in behind horses just inside the furlong marker and finished with good courage to just get the place. ASBURY PARK (GB) was restless in the gate, broke in and hit the gate, was unhurried at the rear in the two path, shifted to the four path while roused late on the far turn, turned into the stretch in the six path, rallied outside in the final furlong and finished with good energy to just miss the place while able to get the show. CRUDO prompted the pace on the outside in the three then two path, was asked in the three path at the quarter-pole, took a short lead before the three-sixteenths pole, led under a drive into the final furlong, was overtaken by the winner outside the sixteenth-pole and was outfinished then just missed the trifecta. LEON BLUE broke hard through the front of the gate prior to the start but remained in the stall, went to the front, dropped from the two path to the rail early on the first turn, showed the way on the inside of an opponent, vied inside on the far turn, was given his cue inside the five-sixteenths pole, lost the advantage in the two path near the three-sixteenths pole, battled under a drive into the final furlong and weakened. CAIRO CAPER rounded the first turn in the two path, was reserved off the pace without cover, ranged up in the four path on the far turn, made a bid at the five-sixteenths pole, was put to a drive in upper stretch, battled with multiple foes into the final furlong and also weakened. VERSUS tucked into the three path on the first turn, was rated on the outside, came under urging in the three path on the far turn, came out to the five path into the stretch and lacked the needed response. TANK went around the first turn in the three to four path, settled on the outside without cover, was asked while dropping from the five path to the three path on the far turn and failed to respond.

EQUITAS got bumped at the start by EVERY VOTE COUNTS and in turn bumped CHASING THE STORM, chased along the inside, got set down taking the inside route into upper stretch and made no impact. LAYLANI LOU just off the inside through the first turn, chased three to four wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths, swung four wide into upper stretch, offered no kick. CHASING THE STORM got bumped at the start by EQUITAS due to pressure initiated by MY SHERRONA, chased two to three wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths, swung four wide for home and tired. DIVINE ROSE three wide through the first turn, chased three to four wide, got set down angled six to seven wide into upper stretch, tired.
