RATU JAWA dropped back early then was urged along near the rear, went around the turn in the four path and gained late but failed to threaten. PRINCESS ANDI was taken back then settled while unhurried at the rear, rounded the turn in the two path, was roused near the quarter-pole and gained some but failed to impact. EMBLAZE settled off the pace, was shuffled back behind PILLAR OF BEAUTY late on the backstretch and into the turn, saved ground on that bend, was roused outside the five-sixteenths pole and was no factor. MISCHIEF LADY raced with her head held high down the backstretch, lugged out into the turn, navigated that bend in the two path and came up empty. PRAYFORTHEWICKED settled off the pace, traveled around the turn in the three path and failed to respond.

COUNTING STARS settled tracking the leader along the inside from the pocket patiently handled until the rest of the field got busy near the five-sixteenths and got placed to encouragement just after, angled out seven wide into upper stretch, rallied to take command nearing the eighth pole, then came inwards when clear of the runner up and edged away to the finish to score. ALWAYS A RUNNER raced three wide into the first turn before tucking to the two path midway just before receiving a bump by PROM QUEEN to her inside, chased two then three paths off the inside down the backstretch before heading back to the two path through the far turn, came under coaxing with five-sixteenths to go, angled five wide into upper stretch with dead aim on the leader, seized command just inside the three-sixteenths already under threat to the outside, got collared just outside the eighth pole, dug in under a drive keeping on clear of the rest for the place honors. MEANING raced just off the inside through the first turn forwardly placed, advanced outside the leader to draw alongside with five and a half furlongs remaining, prompted that rival two to three wide down the backstretch, tucked to the two path through the far turn and came under urging just outside the five-sixteenths and took over command at that juncture, swung three to four wide into upper stretch under threat to the outside, dug in and was displaced from the front just inside the three-sixteenths marker, then weakened in the late stages while along the show honors. PROM QUEEN raced along the inside and was steadied into the first turn with one mile to run when MEANING took to the two path in the clear just in front, continued a bit rank inside of ALWAYS A RUNNER as that foe tucked to the two path and bumped that rival near the seven furlong marker before steadying once more with six and a half furlongs to run with ALWAYS A RUNNER still glued to her outside, tipped out to the two path when at the tail of the field near the five furlong marker and remained just off the inside through the far turn getting put to encouragement with five-sixteenths to go, angled five wide at the top of the stretch and weakened. MAXIMUM OFFER raced three then two wide into the first taking command and tucking to the inside before entering the backstretch, showed the way in hand and came under pressure through the presence of MEANING to her outside five and a half furlongs out, remained along the rail through the far turn coming under a ride just inside three furlongs out and relinquished command near the five-sixteenths marker, spun just off the inside into upper stretch in retreat and tired through to the finish.

KATHYNMARISSA was taken under restraint early, raced in the four path on the first turn, settled just off the pace on the far outside without cover, gained to make a bid near the seven-sixteenths pole, vied in the three path on the far turn, battled with the winner under a drive until near the sixteenth-pole, swapped back to her inside lead at that juncture and was outfinished while able to get the show. CITY GIRL (FR) was taken up while rank between horses early, tugged hard on the bit, rounded the first turn in the two path, was reserved at the back, saved ground on the far turn, was roused outside the quarter-pole and improved position. PRETTY PICTURE bumped with rivals on both sides nearing the seven-eighths pole, traveled around that turn in the two path, stalked the pace on the outside, was asked in the two then three path on the far turn, dropped back under a drive into the final furlong, swapped back to her inside lead late and lacked the needed kick. LAURELIN (IRE) steadied between foes early, raced in the two path on the first turn, was reserved off the pace, came under urging while moving from the two path to the four path on the far turn, was driven into the stretch in the five path and lacked the needed response. SPEED SHOPPER bumped with an opponent nearing the seven-eighths pole, settled on the inside, came a bit off the rail on the far turn, swung into the stretch in the four path and failed to rally. GEZORA (FR) bumped with a rival near the seven-eighths pole, raced in the three path on the first turn, tracked the pace on the outside without cover, came up empty while going from three path to the five path on the far turn and dropped out.

NITROGEN established the front just after the start and showed the way under a light rating hold just off the inside until tucked inside briefly midway on the turn, tipped back to the two path down the backstretch settled into a comfortable rhythm through moderate splits, had the field get busy behind her while remaining just off the inside midway on the far turn, got given a notch and shook away with five-sixteenths to go, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and was roused three-sixteenths from home, drifted out despite a right handed crop seven to eight paths through to just inside the sixteenth pole while forging clear through to the finish, got corrected late and moved back in two paths with the outcome in no doubt. FULLY SUBSCRIBED broke on top, settled chasing along the inside through the first turn before tipping two to three paths off the rail down the backstretch, went just off the inside through the far turn and came under encouragement at the five-sixteenths pole, took the inside route at the quarter pole before floating to the two path straightened away, proved no match for the top one while keeping on to finish battling nostril to nostril in the late stages to the wire to share in the place and show honors on the line. BLESS THE BROKEN raced three then two wide through the first turn in closest aim of the leader, came under urging three furlongs out as the top one began to get away, tipped four wide into upper stretch, proved no match for the winner and kept on to come again mildly fighting head to head to the wire with the aforementioned foe and shared in the place and show honors at the end. REGALED grew detached at the tail of the field while chasing just off the inside, came under a ride with seven-sixteenths to go, angled out seven wide into upper stretch and weakened. CASSIAR two then three wide through the opening turn, chased four paths off the inside down the backstretch and then three wide through the far turn under urging from the seven-sixteenths pole, angled five to six wide into upper stretch and tired. ALPINE PRINCESS broke out at the break and was corrected, chased along the inside and then just off the inside through the first turn, raced along the rail thereafter until tipped two to three wide into upper stretch and tired.

GRACEFUL ROSE lacked early speed, moved closer while inside to the two path on the turn, was driven into the stretch in the four path and improved to get the show. KARLEY B broke a step slow, settled towards the rear, was urged along in the five then four path on the turn, turned into the stretch in the five path and lacked the needed kick. ANGEL GIFT bumped with a rival at the start, tracked outside the leader after that foe crossed in front, made a bid leaving the backstretch, vied in the three then two path on the turn, spun into the stretch in the three path and weakened. CLOUDY CHANCE bumped with a foe at the start, settled off the pace, chased inside on the turn and capitulated. MARGARITA MOLLY was hustled from the gate, chased the pace down the backstretch, dropped back in the three path on the turn and retreated. FLOY JOY brushed with a rival at the start, settled on the far outside, dropped back in the four then three path on the turn and faltered then was eased but walked off.

BLAZING TIGER broke out at the start, chased along the inside steadying off the heels of HE'S A PIPER into the first turn, came under urging at the five-sixteenths marker, spun three wide into upper stretch, rallied to take command a furlong out, dug in under threat from a host of challengers and was caught inside the sixteenth pole and ran on to the finish. LIMITED EDITION chased just off the inside under urging from the five-sixteenths, angled five wide for home, seized command at the three-sixteenths, got collared a furlong out and weakened in the late stages.
