PILLAR OF BEAUTY showed speed then dropped off the pace, lost position late on the backstretch and steadied some, gave up several lengths to the leaders, was urged along while inside for most of the turn then shifted to the two path, came out into upper stretch, reached the six path near the three-sixteenths pole, rallied outside into the final furlong, closed strongly to get the lead in the final sixteenth, swapped back to her inside lead late and proved best under good handling. PAULA'S A STAR was urged along on the outside, dropped in leaving the backstretch, chased in the two path on the turn, moved out in upper stretch and lacked the needed kick. RATU JAWA dropped back early then was urged along near the rear, went around the turn in the four path and gained late but failed to threaten. PRINCESS ANDI was taken back then settled while unhurried at the rear, rounded the turn in the two path, was roused near the quarter-pole and gained some but failed to impact. EMBLAZE settled off the pace, was shuffled back behind PILLAR OF BEAUTY late on the backstretch and into the turn, saved ground on that bend, was roused outside the five-sixteenths pole and was no factor. MISCHIEF LADY raced with her head held high down the backstretch, lugged out into the turn, navigated that bend in the two path and came up empty. PRAYFORTHEWICKED settled off the pace, traveled around the turn in the three path and failed to respond.

NEW ROSE hustled from the gate, prompted the leader from the outside three then two wide through the first turn and then three to four paths off the hedge down the backstretch, tucked to the two path through the far turn and increased the pressure through to the quarter pole when set down for the drive spinning four wide into upper stretch, dug in head to head taking command inside the eighth pole, then edged clear to the finish in the late going. HOME WRECKER grew a bit keen early on skygazing under restraint off the heels of the leader DEFERENCE, chased along the inside coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, ran on willingly through to the finish to secure the place honors. SHELZAWA (FR) saved ground near the rear of the field patiently handled until called upon with five-sixteenths remaining, spun three then two wide into upper stretch, closed well to garner the show honors in the final jump to the wire. SECRETLY DELIGHTED saved ground in pursuit from mid pack, came under encouragement at the five-sixteenths marker, tipped three wide into upper stretch and offered up a mild kick. DEFERENCE broke out at the start and was corrected before making any contact with the aforementioned foe, showed the way in hand along the inside under the watchful eye of NEW ROSE to the outside, remained patiently handled as that rival ratcheted up the pressure from the midway point on the far turn, got roused spinning two then three wide into upper stretch coming out to look her main danger in the eye, dug in clinging to command until yielded inside the eighth pole, then weakened in the late stages through to the finish. ICECREAMFOREVRYONE raced two to three wide just off the pace, came under coaxing near the quarter pole and angled four to five wide into upper stretch, weakened in the late going. SWEET LITTLE LILA (IRE) got bumped solidly at the start by JORDAN'S LOVE, who veered outwards, raced three wide through the opening bend, chased four then three wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths marker, angled five wide into upper stretch and weakened. LISA JOY (GB) chased just off the inside from near the rear of the field under urging from the five-sixteenths pole, tipped three wide for home, made no impact. LION LAKE (IRE) stumbled badly at the start but broke with the body of the field, rounded the first turn in the two path, stalked the pace on the outside, made a bid in the two path with three furlongs to run, took the advantage into upper stretch, lost the advantage before the furlong marker, had the rider lose his crop inside that marker, fought under a strong hand-ride to the finish and missed while able to get the place. TIME TO DREAM settled on the inside, was roused on the far turn, moved out while gaining in upper stretch, drifted in while chasing outside near the furlong marker then was corrected outwards and finished willingly to get the show. COACH MAZZULA broke out and brushed with a rival, went to the front, showed the way on the inside, was asked under threat on the far turn, lost the advantage to the runner-up into upper stretch, dropped back into the final furlong and weakened. QUIET STREET broke out and brushed the gate, settled well back while saving ground, was roused on the far turn, spun into the stretch in the two path and failed to threaten.
