LUCKY TWIST stalked the early pace from the four path, ran down DANZING MINER in the final sixteenth to take charge in the final yards but got nailed at the wire. DANZING MINER vied for the early lead three wide, claimed sole command at the top of the turn, challenged once more by NIGHT OF MAGIC in the upper stretch, shook off that one before being ran down by a couple of outer foes in the final yards. NIGHT OF MAGIC vied for early command along the inside, stalked the pace through the turn, contested the lead once more in the upper stretch but flattened out in the final furlong. FAIRFIELD BAY tracked the pace from the two path, made no bid. WHO'S YER MAN moved up to vie for command between runners, conceded to DANZING MINER at the top of the turn, was roused at the quarter but lacked the response needed and faded.

WICKEDTHISWAYCOMES moved up to take charge before the first turn, dictated the terms of the race, kept to task down the lane. SOMERSET MIA was away swiftly, relinquished command to WICKEDTHISWAYCOMES before the first turn, tracked the pace from the inside, tipped out rounding the far turn to begin a drive but was held off by the winner. KNOWLEDGE IS GOOD tracked the pace from the two to three path, finished evenly. DIXI SO FAST shadowed the pace from the two path, was roused at the quarter but came up empty in the stretch. PRECIOUS SIGHT settled off the pace, never threatened. EL MA'ANY broke a step slow, trailed throughout.

VALI VALI VAL vied for early command with CLOUD KISSES, shook that one off at the half and opened up through the turn, kept on task down the stretch to maintain a diminishing advantage. LIONESS LILLIAN stalked the pace three wide, unable to keep up with the leader through the turn, began to slowly close in on the weakening leader in the final furlong but it was too late, held for place. MODERN MISS tracked the pace from the inside, shifted out to the three path rounding the turn, chased the leader alongside LIONESS LILLIAN, missed out on second while holding off a late drive for the show award. IVEY MY LOVE tracked the pace between runners, sifted out to the four path in the stretch, found best stride late and just missed out on any minor awards. WELCOME SURPRISE got pinched back at the start, moved up to track the pace four wide, retreated through the turn. MISS SUNRISE trailed for most, eased across. CLOUD KISSES vied for early command with VALI VALI VAL, faded fast after the half mile marker, eased across.

PAT'SCHROMECOMPASS moved up to shadow the pace in the two path, surged past the early pace setter in the final sixteenth. J J MONET was quick to assume command, grudgingly gave way in the final sixteenth. TINKATWO tracked the pace three wide, flattened out in the stretch. BELLY DANCE chased the pace from the inside, trailed midway through the turn, fought hard to pass TINKATWO in the stretch to no avail.
