MAMA DRAMA got fractious in the gate, chased in the five path, was pushed along from the four path around the turn, and kept on down the lane to get up for place late. VESPER CHICKS vied for the lead in the four path, was coaxed from the three path midway around the turn, drifted out to the six path in upper stretch, and finished evenly for show. GO GO STAR raced off the pace in the two path, was nibbled along around the turn, but lacked a closing bid. SOUND IT OUT chased between foes in the three path but retreated. BONITA DIAMOND rated along the rail, was cued midway around the turn, but did not threaten.

ASTRIDSHADOWMOON had an awkward start, recovered well to prompt the pace in the three path, bid under a ride midway around the turn, kicked on to take the lead from the five path passing the furlong grounds, and safely held off an outer rival. KENRIC chased in the two path, was cued passing the three-eighths pole, angled out to the six path in upper stretch, and rallied late for place. NADIR HAN stalked in the three path, was coaxed along in the two path around the turn, and ran on from the four path down the lane for show. SIMO AT THE BIG A bumped with an outer foe at the start, vied for the lead inside, lost ground while being cued midway around the turn, angled out to the five path in upper stretch, and finished evenly. AMERICAN MELODY bumped with an inner foe at the start, dueled for the lead in the two path, fought on turning into the lane, but faded in the final furlong. FANTI was wellback in the two path, driven around the turn, but made no impact from the five path down the lane. LUCKCREST trailed from the rail and never threatened.
