OL' NELSON away alertly, set the pace into the stretch, drifted in under right handed urging just before the furlong marker causing BIGPICLITTLEPIC to clip heels then weakened late. BIGPICLITTLEPIC saved ground, offered a strong bid in upper stretch, was shut off by the leader nearing the furlong marker, clipped heels, stumbled and lost momentum. AFLOAT chased the pace between horses into the stretch then weakened. GRAY TORMENTOR was no factor. MUSIC JEWEL had speed three wide down the backstretch and weakened on the turn. MOR STORMY stumbled unseating his rider at the start. THE STEWARDS POSTED THE INQUIRY SIGN AND THE RIDER OF BIGPICLITTLEPIC LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST THE RIDER OF OL' NELSON FOR INTERFERENCE IN MID STRETCH. AFTER REVIEW THE STEWARDS DISQUALIFIED OL' NELSON AND PLACED HIM FOURTH.

COME ON ARLENE was bumped by WINGS OF HEAVEN at the start, had and early lead, gave up the advantage before a quarter mile, pressured the leader past the quarter pole, responded under left handed urging to make the lead nearing the top of the stretch then drew off under brisk handling. OH GLORIOUS DAY set a pressured pace inside the winner past the quarter pole then was no match while well clear for second. MOST ADORABLE went evenly. FAITHFUL SOLUTION passed tiring rivals along the inside. C MORE PRIDE stalked the pace three wide into the turn then weakened. WINGS OF HEAVEN stumbled outward bumping the winner at the start and was never involved. BOLD NICKY was no factor.

WITHOUT OBJECTION made the lead soon after the start, set all the pace while getting quick fractions and lasted under left handed urging. ATKINS trailed into the turn, rallied through deep stretch in the five path and got up for second by a narrow margin. MIGHTY LES hopped at the start, was in tight leaving the chute, unhurried then closed with a but of speed late along the rail. SIMPLY VALID stalked the pace three wide and went evenly. SMOKIN' HOT drifted out leaving the chute, chased the winner two wide and was through after a half.

SHADOW STRIKE stalked the pace into the turn, rallied three wide to make the lead approaching the top of the stretch then drew off late and won in hand. TRUTH N SOUL unhurried early, rallied through the stretch three wide and finished clear for second. MY FOR O ONE KAY allowed to settle, improved position late outside rivals. PLUM TUFF set a pressured pace inside rivals past the quarter pole and weakened in the final furlong. RICH ON THE RIVER pressed the pace two wide into the stretch and weakened late. RIVERS RUN FAST hesitated then bore in at the start and had no impact. LUCKY JUULZ dropped back and trailed. THE STEWARDS POSTED THE INQUIRY SIGN BUT TOOK NO ACTION.

TATANKA set the pace two wide then along the inside past the seven sixteenths pole, gave up the lead while keeping pressure on the runner up from the inside, fought back gamely under right handed urging through the late stages and got back up in time. CAPO LUCA pressed the pace along the inside through the first turn, shifted out two wide entering the backstretch, made the lead nearing the three eighths pole, set the balance of the pace two wide and was outfinished in the final yards.

BREEZE THE BAYOU away alertly, set all the pace, widened into the stretch and just lasted under strong handling. STAR QUALITY allowed to settle, rallied through deep stretch while drifting out from the two path to the seven path and just missed. ACTION MAN unhurried early, found his best stride late in the seven path. ASK ISAAC stalked the pace into the stretch and had no response. LT'S JACKNTHEBOX was always outrun. COOL COUPLE pressured the winner two wide into the far bend then gave way in the stretch.
