BOURBON SERENGETI showed speed on the outside of a rival, went clear outside the three-quarter pole, rounded the turn in the two path, was asked late on that bend, maintained a safe advantage under a strong hand-ride into the final furlong then was put to a left-handed crop, drew off under the crop until just before the sixteenth-pole then was placed back under a strong hand-ride to the finish while much the best. ROYAL BOBBIE leaned in at the start and was off a step slow, settled at the rear, was urged along in the two then three path on the turn, turned into the stretch in the four path then moved further out, remained on her inside lead in the drive and improved to get the place. RELIABLE LADY angled out near the seven-eighths pole, settled on the outside, was asked in the four path on the turn then driven into the stretch in the five path, chased the winner into the final sixteenth and lost the place but was clear for the show. CARARRA broke in at the start, showed speed on the inside of the winner, was eased back early on the backstretch then switched to the outside, chased in the three path on the turn and weakened. MALU bumped solidly with a foe at the start then was hustled, settled under some urging, moved closer late on the backstretch, chased inside on the turn and came up empty. VINO FRIZZANTE bumped solidly with an opponent at the start, moved out early then settled on the outside, dropped back under urging while moving from the five path to the three path on the turn and capitulated.

COQUITO coaxed from the gate, chased three then two paths off the inside down the backstretch before tipping three wide through the turn, advanced on the leader to take command five-sixteenths from home, spun two to three wide into upper stretch roused to a drive, went clear under a drive, then got placed back in hand through the final sixteenth to the finish to prevail comfortably on the wire. WHISTLER'S STYLE chased just off the inside and then along the inside under a ride from the seven-sixteenths marker, took the inside route into upper stretch, proved no match for the top one while keeping on to secure the place honors. LAST GLORY showed the way in hand four then three paths off the inside down the backstretch before tucking to the two path through the turn, came under urging three furlongs out under challenge to the outside, got displaced from command at the five-sixteenths pole, swung four wide for home, proved no match for the top one while weakening in the late stages.

SINISTER SMILE was hustled from the gate then urged along at the rear on the outside, angled in leaving the backstretch, dropped from the three path to the two path early on the turn and failed to respond.
