GABORONE bumped soundly with JAMAICA REDD at the start, dropped well behind under urging, went around the turn in the three path, came into the stretch in the five path and failed to threaten. JAMAICA REDD bumped soundly with GABORONE at the start, bumped with BOOTSY'S A RASCAL early then was taken in hand in tight quarters, dropped in near the five-eighths pole then chased the pace, moved from the two path to the inside on the turn, remained on his inside lead in the drive and capitulated.

FORGIVING SPIRIT coaxed from the gate, chased just off the inside and then along the inside coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, swung four wide into upper stretch and passed tired rivals to the end. PIVOTAL MOMENT broke awkwardly outwards at the start, chased three then two wide coming under encouragement at the five-sixteenths pole, angled out six to seven wide into upper stretch and weakened. NO EVIDENCE chased four paths off the inside down the backstretch and then just off the inside through the turn ridden along with five-sixteenths to go, angled five wide at the top of the stretch, tired. CUANDO lunged at the break, ranged up and dueled from the two path down the backstretch and then along the rail through the turn coming under urging just outside the quarter pole, yielded the front and spun just off the inside into upper stretch, then tired in the drive.
