ALWAYS IN VOGUE set the pace inside turning up the backstretch, lost the lead going into the far turn, was coaxed midway around the far turn, but gave way in the stretch.

FORT BULL bumped with an outer foe at the start, stalked in the three path, ranged up to bid under a ride passing the quarter, took the lead at the top of the stretch, and edged clear while on the left lead. SIERRA POWER bumped with an inner foe at the start, chased in the four path, was cued in the three path passing the three-eighths pole, took aim in the five path at the top of the lane, and ran on to be second best. SPINNING SPIRIT set the pace in the two path, opened up slightly going into the turn, was roused along the inside passing the quarter, but lost the lead at the top of the stretch, then faded in the final furlong. DANCER'S SHADOW prompted the pace inside, lost ground around the turn, then weakened in the five path down the stretch. DITTO CAT was wellback in the four path, coaxed along from the three path around the turn, but never threatened. MEGATON JR steadied at the start then trailed throughout.
