ARMY NURSE chased PRAIRIE RAT while saving ground, angled out to be two-wide nearing the quarter pole, took the lead nearing the sixteenth pole and quickly drew clear. PRAIRIE BRAT saved ground setting the pace into the stretch but was unable to resist the winner and held on well for the place. PRESLEYS VOLLEY was allowed to settle, rallied three-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. MIRAGE CODE saved ground while being unhurried and show some interest late. DA LAST TEQUILA was off a step slow then raced in the back of the field, rallied four-wide into the stretch but was unable to menace.

COOL AMERICAN BABE was forwardly placed racing three-wide and finished well for the placed in a steady effort. FLAT OUT READY vied with GOSPEL LOIS for the early lead, responded during the drive and held on well for third. CALL DARLA was allowed to settle, came three-wide into the stretch and failed to seriously threatem. GOSPEL LOIS vied with FLAT OUT READY for the early lead and weakened during the drive.
