DR SKYSCRAPER ducked in towards the gap at the start, then rushed up after the start to take over the lead just before the half-mile pole, dueled with OUR PACT from midway on the turn to the stretch, was headed mid-stretch but came back in the final yards to prevail in a tight finish. OUR PACT broke well to be three-deep in the early pace mix, pulled away with DR SKYSCRAPER midway through the turn, dueled that rival into the stretch, got a head in front in mid-stretch, but found the inside rival resurgent and lost the bob at the line. CHASING THE RUSH dropped back after a level start, tracked three-wide and well off the pace through the early stages, then stayed on through the stretch to move up and claim the third prize. VALDINA DREAMS was being scrubbed on leaving the contested the early pace four-wide down the backstretch, was under a drive on the turn, came four or five wide into the stretch, and went a bit flat late. MIDNIGHT HUMOR had no early speed and trailed the field early, remained on the fence through the turn, slipped through a narrow opening into the stretch but flattened out was unable to threaten. MAJOR ORTIZ hustled away to grab an early narrow lead, was two deep in a four-way battle for the early lead, dropped out approaching the quarter pole, and tired in the stretch.

KISS MY DICE veered out after the break, tracked two-wide in the second flight, started a bid from the three-furlong pole, fanned four-wide into the stretch, and finished best to win going away. HARVEY'S FINNISH ducked in at the start, then was taken back after the start, started to run on after passing the half-mile pole, advanced steadily through the turn, came five-wide into the stretch, and chased the eventual winner home. EDGEMEISTER got pinched back, then rushed up after the poor start to duel for the lead with WITT'S LIL RINGER, got the better of that rival at the head of the stretch, but could not sustain the effort in deep stretch and was overtaken. BELLA'S GIRL tracked between horses in the second group, bided time inside without a clear path through the turn, then lacked the needed response in the stretch. SPEAKING OF ART was always behind and chased throughout. WITT'S LIL RINGER dueled outside of EDGEMEISTER, dropped off the pace at the top of the stretch and was outfinished in the stretch.

HEAVENLY DREAM was a little slow into stride, advanced steadily while racing five-wide down the backstretch, moved up four-wide through the turn, finished up well under strong handling, collared the leaders near the sixteenth marker, and drew off in the final yards. TAKING IT ALL broke on top, hustled away, had a narrow early lead with a trio of rivals in close pursuit, had only GLORY O to deal with through the turn, dueled that one into the stretch, maintained a short lead, but no answer when the eventual winner took the lead at the sixteenth marker, and kept on well enough to save second. ANNIE'S JOY was outpaced early, settled near the back of the pack for the run down the backstretch, swept three-wide around the field on the turn, gained good ground in the stretch but was along too late. GLORY O broke in, making light contact with SERIOUSLY SASSY, pressed the early pace from the inside, then dueled with TAKING IT ALL through the turn, fought gamely to mid-stretch, then weakened in the closing stages. TAPITSGOTAPISTOL tracked the pace from the rail, was without a clear path through the turn, improved with some late interest, but was not doing enough in the final yards. RUMPUS gave an even effort throughout, but was never a threat. SERIOUSLY SASSY got brushed by the outside rival after the start, then was outpaced early, came seven-wide into the stretch, but was outfinished. DEMOTION broke awkwardly, pressed the early pace two to three paths from the rail, then weakened in upper stretch. CAPETOWN CANDY dropped back to last early, chased while being kept to a three-wide path, then managed to pass one rival before the finish. PHUNK broke well, pressed the pace three to four wide, then tired in the stretch.

MALIBU RAIN ceded the front, content to track the early pace, slipped through the inside midway through the far turn, took command with a quarter mile to go, went clear in the stretch, and maintained the advantage to the wire. BROCK ON BY seized the lead from the break, was left to dictate moderate fractions with the rider taking a rating hold, was overtaken on the inside by MALIBU RAIN midway through the far turn, stayed on to chase that rival through the stretch and finished clear of the third horse. MORO MAFIA broke well, tracked close up three-wide through the early stages, struggled to keep pace on the far turn, but kept on to save thrid clear of the next fnisher. BARBACOA was always outrun and never a factor. SEND OFF was not asked for speed from the break, settled far back early while racing three-wide, came under a ride with three furlongs to run, but did not rally.

EDGE CHASER was sent to the front from the break, dueled with GAMBLING DEN to the turn, maintained a narrow advantage, then responded when set down at the top of the stretch, drifted out in the late stages but held clear under steady handling. LET HER BE veered out at the start, raced four to five wide throughout, moved up from mid-pack on the turn, then finished well to gain second, was closing in on the leader, but ran out of time. CAYMAN HOT broke outward at the start, dropped back well off the pace after an even beginning, raced three-wide and ran on well late to move up to claim the minor award. LOVEREIGNORME pressed the pace three-wide, loomed a big threat at the quarter pole, but flattened out in mid-stretch. PAYNTER'S PALETTE was outrun and far back through the early stages and did not offer a rally. GAMBLING DEN raced close up while keeping to the inside, but lacked a finish. IMAGOLDENSONG raced close up early, weakened on the turn and had nothing to offer in the stretch.

AVAILABLE STAR was outpaced in the back half of the field early despite some coaxing, was driven through the turn, got down to the rail near the quarter pole, then finished well up the fence in the stretch to be along in time. CLASSIC MOMENT raced three to four wide not far off the early pace, put in a good finish, closed ground in the final yards, and just missed. PRINCE LANCELOT (GB) missed the break and spotted the rest a head start, was taken in hand in the run down the backstretch, then took an inside route through the turn, angled out to the four path in the stretch, then unleashed a furious rally but came up a head short. HELLADIC broke well, raced close up through the early stages, moved out to the three path in the stretch, finished with a strong rally, had the lead in the final yards but was overtaken in the last jumps. SWEET RIVER BAINES was always close up three to four wide but was outkicked in the final furlong. CLASSY SOCKS steadily dropped back through the field after being briefly close up, found a second wind in the stretch, and rallied to improve position. BLING BLING BLING hustled to the front from the break, dueled inside of BRAHM'S BOY, left that rival behind at the top of the stretch, but tired and was overtaken late by a host of closers. FORT HOOD gave an even effort but lacked a finishing kick. HEZAKOOLKAT raced three-wide well off the pace, made a mild middle move but flattened out in the stretch. CALL ME ICE MAN ducked out well after the start, losing some momentum in the process, raced wide while well off the pace, then lacked a finish. BRAHMS BOY dueled outside of BLING BLING BLING from the start, then tired in the stretch and faded to last.

HELENA BABY broke well, dueled with SILIVAS through the early stages, shook that one off late on the turn, went clear into the stretch, and easily held off a mild bid from a closing rival on the outside. CRIME SCENE displayed no early interest and trailed far back early, started to make up some ground late on the turn, swung four-wide into the stretch, and ran on late to just get up for the place. WANNA ROCK tracked in the second pair, came under heavy pressure midway on the turn, hugged the rail into the stretch, was under steady left-handed urging, but was outfinished for second. LAST PICK raced two-wide in the tracking pair, made a mild bid late on the turn but could not sustain the bid in the stretch. SILIVAS pressed HELENA BABY through the early furlongs clear of the rest, dropped out passing the five-sixteenths marker, and tired in the stretch.

DUST EM broke well, carried a slight lead despite pressure from TIZABLING to the outside, gained the upper hand in mid-stretch, then held sway the final yards. TIZABLING broke on top but ceded the front to DUST 'EM, pressed that one to the outside through the turn, was never able to get past that rival, but kept trying and settled for second. BOBBY BRINKLEY raced close up along the rail behind the leading pair, finished up well under steady handling, but could not improve. ZAVALA raced off the pace down the backstretch, saved ground and came under a ride early on the turn, but lacked a late bid. BLING MOUNTAIN was the early trailer but never far from the front, moved up late on the turn, three-wide, came five-wide into the stretch but lacked a late kick. JOSH'S DREAM was reluctant to load, was taken to the outside after the start, raced four-wide to the turn, came under the crop late on the turn, but did not respond with any improvement in the stretch.

BELLAVININO got a good forward position from the break, settled in behind the dueling leaders while under a tight hold, was let loose approaching the three-furlong pole, quickened the pace and took over the lead late on the turn, got first run on PUT A ROCK ON IT into the stretch, and held clear of that one under steady handling while putting some distance on the rest of the field in the final furlong. PUT A ROCK ON IT settled well off the pace in the middle of the field, took up the chase and went after BELLAVINO as the pace picked up, chased gamely through the stretch, could not get to that rival but finished a mile clear of the next horse. CHANNEL CHECK (GB) was held up at the back after the start, got to the rail before the first turn, bided time far behind the rest for the first half-mile, started to run on, came off the rail late on the far turn, and stayed on mildly through the stretch and was good enough to gain third. MAGIC GLASS broke on top but backed off to a tracking position along the rail, moved up going into the turn but became boxed in until the stretch, finished with some interest once clear but had no chance to catch the top pair. AMADORA'S EMPIRE was off poorly and settled in near the back of the field, moved up to join the main pack as the field headed into the far turn, circled four-wide, loomed in upper stretch but flattened out in the final furlong. AIRO DINERO settled three-wide in mid-field, could not find another gear when needed in the stretch and finished evenly. TERRA BELLA made the lead on the first turn, got some company to the outside from LADY AUTHENTIC, shook off that rival midway through the far turn, but was unable to sustain a bid and tired in the stretch. BYE BYE PALMER was allowed to settle near the back, then lacked a rally. RAISE THE ALARM raced two-deep in the middle of the spaced-out field, then came up empty in the stretch. LADY AUTHENTIC had good speed from an outside post to vie two-wide for the lead on the first turn, dueled to the outside of TERRA BELLA through the first half, then suddenly went into a quick retreat near the three-furlong pole and had nothing left for the stretch.
