SHE'S EXTRA pressed the pace in the four path, was coaxed along from the three path around the turn, flattened in the final furlong, but held show. SPECIAL MEMORY raced off the pace inside and improved down the stretch. THE DEVIL'S BET vied for the lead inside, early, steadied going into the turn, was ridden from the rail around the turn, but flattened in the two path down the stretch. TOO MUCH ACTION bumped with an outer foe at the start, raced in midpack from the three path but lacked a closing kick. PEEK FACTOR raced off of the pace in the four path and failed to menace. HELLADIC pursued from the three path and failed to factor.

TRANSOM BAY shadowed the early pace setter between foes, ranged up to contest the lead through the turn, began to edge clear in the upper stretch and held under steady encouragement. I TIZ DIVINE was bumped at the start, raced off the pace four wide, navigated traffic through the turn to find a prominent position at the top of the stretch, was held at bay by the winner while being clear for second. TEXAS HUNK tracked the pace five wide, lacked a bid. EAGLE IN THE AIR chased the pace from the inside, took a slight hold before the turn, shifted out to the three path of the stretch, finished evenly. PROMISE ME MONEY showed good early speed, met a bid from TRANSOM BAY in the turn, grudgingly gave way in the stretch. GOLDEN PURSUIT was reluctant to load the starting gate, settled off the pace, made no impact. SPIDERS REVENGE settled off the pace, was roused around the turn but only responded briefly before weakening in the stretch. HANK RIDGE trailed for most, never involved. COPESTHEBOMB was rated between runners, dropped back off the pace before the turn, failed to menace. BONFIRE DANCING was reluctant to load the starting gate, found a forward position in the early stages, retreated at the quarter.
