YANCOPIN dueled with an inner rival turning into the backstretch, got overtaken by the winner entering the far turn, came under a drive in the two path midway around the far turn, could not keep up with the winner from the four path down the stretch, but fought on to be second best. MANDATORY MISSION tracked in the three path, was driven around the far turn, angled out to the five path entering the lane, and edged out show. IRISH GUARD vied for the lead along the rail, lost touch with the winner while driven along passing the quarter, and yielded in the stretch. NO KID OF MINE stalked in the four path up the backstretch, was coaxed from the three path midway around the far turn, but weakened. PEARCY ROAD rated inside, was roused from the rail midway around the far turn, but weakened in the two path down the stretch. CAPTAIN HAMAZING trailed in the four path up the backstretch and did not factor. BEDAZZLINGSTRATEGY raced off the pace in the three path but never threatened. FOSFORITO chased in the two path but retreated.

COBBLESTONE BRIDGE stalked in the three path, ranged up under a drive around the far turn, bid passing the quarter, swung from the five path into the lane, and kicked on to inch ahead of an inner pair in the closing stages. CAMP DADDY prompted the pace in the two path, bid under coaxing midway around the far turn, took command from the three path at the top of the stretch, dug in while being challenged on both sides passing the furlong grounds, but got edged out by an outer foe late to place. UNLOAD steadied along the inside midway around the first turn, tracked from just off the rail up the backstretch, waited behind the leaders in the two path around the far turn, kept on to bid inside of an outer pair passing the furlong grounds, but got out-lasted by those two to show. BRILLIANT MAN raced off the pace in the four path, was coaxed along around the far turn, and finished evenly in the six path down the stretch. BEYOND BEST chased between foes from the two path up the backstretch, was pushed along in the three path around the far turn, but made no closing bid. TAHOE RUN showed the way along the inside, came under a drive midway around the far turn, but yielded in the stretch. GA MO TAK (CHI) checked along the rail around the first turn, rated inside up the backstretch but weakened.

SHE CALLED laid up close inside early, eased back to tip out to the three path going into the turn, ranged up to bid while nibbled along passing the quarter, swept to the lead turning into the lane, and kicked away while being kept to task. BRAVE SAMANTHA chased in the three path, was roused between foes midway around the turn, angled out to the five path in upper stretch, and kept on for place. MAXIMUM TO EXCEL rated in the five path, was roused in the four path passing the quarter, swung out to the seven path at the top of the lane, and stayed on to secure show. BEE BLUFF had a slow start, trailed in the three path, was pushed along around the turn, and passed tired rivals from the four path in the stretch. WHAT'S HER NUMBER laid in midpack along the inside, was nudged along around the turn, but weakened from the two path down the lane. MAJESTIC TORNADO pressed the pace in the four path, took command while in hand from the three path passing the three-eighths pole, was cued midway around the turn, but lost the lead at the top of the stretch, tipped out to the four path, then yielded. RED VOLTA set the pace in the two path, lost the lead while pushed along from the rail passing the three-eighths pole, and gave way in the stretch. NANDINA stalked in the four path but was empty from the five path at the top of the stretch.

BARB set the pace inside, was cued passing the three-eighths pole, stayed on in the three path down the lane, tipped out to the five path in an attempt to fend off an outer rival in the final sixteenth, and dug in to hold on. CHAD ALLAN tracked in the three path, came under pressure passing the three-eighths pole, ranged up passing the quarter, took aim in the five path at the top of the stretch, ran on to bid from the six path in the final furlong, but was denied by the stubborn inner pacesetter. MIRACLE MARK prompted the winning pacesetter in the two path, bid under a drive passing the quarter, kept on in the four path down the lane, but evened out in the final sixteenth for show. MAGICAL WISH bumped with an inner foe at the start, chased in the four path, was ridden in the three path around the turn, but weakened. TITLE CONTENDER bumped with an outer foe at the start, then steadied around the first turn, and trailed throughout from the three to five paths.

ARKY ROAD settled in midpack between foes from the two path, waited behind the leaders around the far turn, angled out to the five path passing the furlong grounds, and kept on for place. TEXAS CYCLONE showed the way along the inside, came under a ride midway around the far turn, fought on from the two path down the lane, flattened in the final furlong, but held show. PHENOMENAL DREAM was wellback in the three path, waited around the far turn, was roused from the six path entering the lane, and finished evenly. GOLD GUNNER chased in the two path, was nibbled along going into the far turn, fought on from the rail entering the lane, but flattened in the final furlong. REBEL MOON trailed along the rail up the backstretch, was ridden around the far turn, and passed tired rivals from the two path in the stretch. TAKEN ON THE RUN raced off the pace in the four path, was ridden around the far turn, but made no impact. FRENCH KNIGHT stalked in the three path but yielded around the far turn. POINT BLANK broke slowly, trailed around the first turn, moved up outside of foes four path up the backstretch to stalk passing the half, was roused passing the three-eighths pole, but gave way in the five path down the stretch. OUTLAW RUN raced in range along the rail but retreated around the far turn.

SHEPHERD stalked outside of rivals in the four path, came under a ride in the three path midway around the far turn, ranged up to bid from the four path turning into the lane, kicked on to lead from the three path passing the furlong grounds, and inched ahead. BAXTER pressed in the three path up the backstretch, vied for the lead from the two path around the far turn, led while tipping inwards entering the stretch, but got out-finished by an outer foe to place. PAPA YO set the pace in the two path, waited along the rail around the far turn, lost the lead while cutting the corner at the top of the lane, angled out the three path, and kept on willingly to hold show. PIKE PLACE laid up close along the rail, was roused midway around the far turn, angled out to the four path in upper stretch, and finished evenly. DETERMINEDLY rated in the three path, was coaxed along around the far turn, but flattened in the five path down the lane. PROTONIC POWER tracked between foes in the three path, was ridden in the two path around the far turn, angled out to the six path in upper stretch, but made no closing bid. QUALITY CHIC rated inside but made no impact.

COUNTING STARS away in good order, assumed a prompting position just to the outside of the pacesetter while firmly in hand, continued to be hard held in the run up the backstretch, moved at will to the front in the far turn, shook clear turning for home and was not threatened to the wire under a steady hand ride to win ridden out. SEARCH PARTY settled in the second flight along the inside, maintained that position in the run up the backstretch, waited in traffic behind the pacesetter who was beginning to give way into the far turn losing position between calls, steered out around that foe soon after, angled three wide into the lane and finished willingly to be clearly second best, no threat to the winner. TAKEN BY THE WIND forwardly placed while racing three wide, moved with the winner on the tiring pacesetter in the far turn, chased into the lane, offered little resistance to the runner up when that one ran by in upper stretch, gradually weakened but comfortably saved the show. STICKER SHOCK last away, raced in the second group while between horses, moved a bit closer in the two path in the final turn then stalled through the lane to quickly fade from contention. EMPATH broke alertly, showed the way into the first turn along the inside, continued to set the pace through some soft fractions, gave way readily when headed by the winner in the far turn.
