UNCLE MONEY went to the lead, with a rival pressing the issue to the inside, was always traveling well, went clear of that rival near the three-furlong pole, and drew off in the stretch under steady handling. SAPPHIRE PRINCE was outpaced early, raced well off the pace to the stretch, then put in a solid finish to move up and claim the second prize. RIDLEY PARK bumped, shuffled back at the start, chased in last to the stretch, then rallied to gain third. GENTLE BREEZE broke well, then settled back of the dueling early leaders, lugged in towards the rail in upper stretch, then was not doing enough in the final furlong and was passed for the minor awards. INFAMOUS NONO settled well off the pace and lacked a finish. ELLIE'S BOYFRIEND ducked in at the start, rushed up to join UNCLE MONEY on the lead, started to struggle to keep up with that one approaching the three-furlong pole, then tired in the late stages.

GOLD LADY stalked the early pace to the turn, launched a bid from the three-furlong pole, took over the lead passing the quarter pole, went clear in upper stretch, and widened the gap a bit in the final yards. LILLIPUT had good speed from the inside post and was coaxed to the early lead, held sway by a length or more through the turn, then had no immediate response when GOLD LADY moved to the lead at the quarter pole, kept on under steady handling and managed to fend off a late challenge from AL GIMAAM to save second. AL GIMAAM broke well but conceded the lead, tracked three-wide close up, rallied from the three-furlong pole but could not catch the top pair while finishing a mile clear of the next horse. STRONG DECISION was outrun early and chased well behind the main pack, kept to task, came three-wide into the stretch and passed one rival in the stretch but was otherwise never a threat. BELLA CATTIVA settled back early, dropped to the rail before the turn, then swung out to the four-path for the stretch run but had little to give in the late stages.

MR. RIPPLE raced close up three-wide throughout, took command past the five-sixteenths marker and held sway through the stretch to prevail. EASTER BET made the early running, surrendered the lead late on the far turn, but battled on gamely to hold second. MAGICAL WAYS bumped with SEEKING UNITY after the break, stalked the pace two-deep, finished up well, but was unable to move up. LAST ROMANCE settled in mid-pack through the early stages, moved up into the tracking group midway down the backstretch, was under a stiff drive passing the quarter pole, drifted out, and flattened out in the final furlong. MY REDEMPTION raced at the back of the main pack through the early stages, three-wide, had trouble changing leads in the stretch, and was unable to improve. TAKE THE PLEDGE was void of speed from the start, trailed to the far turn, then passed one rival late but was otherwise never a threat. SEEKING UNITY broke awkwardly then bumped with the outside rival, raced close up on the inside, then gave way with three furlongs to run and faded to last.

RUN HAPPY PAPPY got caught four-wide into the first turn, continued wide down the back stretch, took command of the race passing the three-furlong marker, was well clear in upper stretch, and was geared down in the final sixteenth. DEBATE showed no speed despite some coaxing from the rider, settled near the rail at the back for the first half, moved up to be in range of the leaders entering the far turn, went three-wide, was never getting to the winner, but finished up well to take second, well clear of the next horse. TALLAHATCHIEBRIDGE was four-wide heading into the first turn, then angled down to the rail before the six-furlong pole, was having to be ridden along down the backstretch to keep pace, was last passing the three-furlong pole, but continued in a drive to the stretch and kept on to gain the minor award. EDDIEMUSH had good speed from the break, got a good forward position while under a bit of a hold through the first half, tried to quicken with RUN HAPPY PAPPY after passing the half-mile pole, but was unable to go with that one late on the far turn, came under a ride and weakened in the stretch. BOLD HOPPERTUNITY led the way to the half-mile pole, gave way on the far turn and had little to offer in the stretch.

KIT SCAT pressed the pace three-wide in-hand, was let loose at the three-furlong pole, took the lead in upper stretch, was unable to shake PASSIONFORGLORY initially, but edged ahead in the final yards. PASSIONFORGLORY made the early running under mild pressure from behind, battled back when challenged by KIT SCAT at the three-furlong pole, fought gamely to deep stretch, and gave way grudgingly in the late stages. WALKERS BEACH was always close up, finished up well under a drive to take the minor award. GUS' TEN chased the main pack from well off the pace, was under a steady drive passing the three-furlong pole, came four-wide into the stretch and was gaining ground in the late stages. SUPREMELY WICKED tracked the pacesetter from between horses, weakened passing the quarter pole and lacked a rally. MR. SPECTACULAR went wrong after passing the five-furlong pole and was pulled up, transported from the track via the equine ambulance.

STRATEGIST got away well, kept to a stalking position despite the slow fractions, quickened away and hooked up with RAPIDITY from the three-furlong pole, dueled that rival through the stretch, was headed in mid-stretch but came back on, got a head in front late, and held off that stubborn foe to the finish. RAPIDITY settled in the second flight early, then moved up approaching the half to join the leaders, engaged in a spirited duel from that point with STRATEGIST, battled gamely to deep stretch, got a head in front late but yielded to the resurgent rival in the final yards. DANGEROUS DRIVER saved ground through the first half-mile, launched a three-wide bid midway through the far turn, came four-wide into the stretch, and stayed on to claim the third prize. JUST BE HONEST broke slowly then was caught a little wide on the first turn, raced near the back going down the backstretch, started to run on approaching the three-furlong pole, but kept on with an even pace to improve while not posing a serious threat. FORTHELOVEOFRUN broke slow, settled three-wide and last through the early stages, made a four-wide forward move through the far turn, moved up to third position approaching the stretch, then lugged in through the stretch and faltered. BIRRAVINO BLVD came away from the gate sluggishly, and was under coaxing from the start, settled inside near the back, and did not offer a rally. CHILL BOSS popped from the gate, made the lead and was left to dictate pedestrian fractions, was unable to go on when the pace quickened past the three-furlong pole, and had nothing left for the stretch run.
