MUBAREZ tracked the leader along the rail, hustled up late on the turn, ran on near the inside into stretch run and had to settle for second best. HIS WAY was forwardly placed up the backstretch. came under a ride mid-way around the turn, ran on under firm handling into the lane and yielded late. CRUISINFORABRUSIN came away in good order then weakened to the back, was not far back in the opening quarter then steadily retreated. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.

BAYLEYWICK sat just off the early duel, edged up and raced in aim around the turn, ran on three wide into the lane, was no late match for the pulling away winner but sustained a steady effort and cleared second best. PEGGY RULES was allowed to settle in early stages, went three wide around the turn, hustled along four wide into the lane and prevailed for a share. TOMMY'S CRUE vied between rivals up the backstretch, weakened off the leaders around the turn and had no late run. MARITIME MILLIE vied up the backstretch, held a slight edge around the turn, got overtaken at the head of the lane and gave way. ADDABABY vied three wide up the backstretch. weakened mid-way around the turn and continued to tire in the drive.

PURE CONNECTION settled off the pace, hustled along the rail late on the far turn, ran on two to three wide down the lane and lacked the needed response for serious impact. TARTARIA tracked in contention up the backstretch, flattened around the far turn, came two wide into the lane and had no late response. CHAINSAW CITY raced in the back and failed ti move into contention.

BEYOND BEST was well reserved and trailed in the back, saved ground, tipped five wide at the head of the lane, responded willingly when called upon and gained late. J T'S IMAGINATION tracked the early pace, took closer order three wide around the far turn then flattened in the lane. MINTASTIC stalked the top pair up the backstretch, flattened late on the far turn and offered no late run.

QUIETLINE rated near midpack along the inside, hustled along two wide into the lane and got edged late for show. ASK ARTHUR settled off the early pace, saved ground around the far turn and had no late response. JOEWILLY was ridden along off the pace, swung three wide into the drive and failed to threaten. TRAFALGAR'S HERO was not too far back around the first turn, had no response when called upon around the far turn and steadily retreated.

SMART ALTERNATIVE matched strides for the lead up the backstretch, vied inside of ALWAYS SPITEFUL around the turn, could not move on with eventual winner past the head of the lane, kept on and held place. SOMAVIA raced in aim in opening stages, took back slightly and launched a three wide bid near the quarter pole, sustained run into the lane and just missed show. SHE'S NEVER WRONG vied for the lead in the opening quarter, chased inside around the turn then flattened in the lane. PRANCIN INTHE DARK got bumped at the start, raced in the back, saved ground, hustled along three wide in upper stretch and had no response. KAYBELLA raced off the top flight in early stages, failed to advance when called upon around the turn and offered no late run. RAGAZZA VINCENTE raced three to four wide and never menaced.

BIG FURN tracked the embattled duo, ran on three wide into the lane and just missed show. BRASA raced just off mid-pack, chased two wide around the turn and lacked a needed rally. RAMBO'S RETURN got bumped back at the start, failed to gained a threatening position and was transported via equine ambulance after the race. MODERN BAND got bumped at the start, swung three to four wide into the lane and failed to threaten. KIOWA WARRIOR showed brief response then retreated after a half.
