CRUISE MISSILE prompted the pace outside, took over into the stretch and pulled away under moderate urging. MISS JONES far behind early, rallied six wide on the turn and into the stretch with late energy. ROSE OF SHARON well placed behind the pacesetters inside, rallied mildly and was just up for the show. ZEENA SWIFT raced off the pace outside and flattened out. PADDY'S GIFT hustled to the front inside, was hooked before half mile then proved empty in the lane. MIKEY'S SONG lacked speed, saved ground throughout and lacked a rally. YOU KNOW ME moved close up initial quarter mile and faltered. AZURE LADY lunged badly at the start, raced very rank and was eased. The stewards posted an inquiry into the start of the race.

SWEET DISTRACTION stalked two wide, chased three wide on the turn, rallied outside in the stretch run, closed willingly in deep stretch and got up late for the win. MIDNIGHT FLIGHT raced two wide off the pace, chased on the turn, rallied on the rail in the stretch run, finished well and got the nod for second at the wire. INSTANT VISION was off slowly and bobbled, rushed up inside to set the pace, opened up a clear lead, responded when roused, dug in gamely to the finish and held on for third. TAMMY'S CRUISER tracked on the inside, chased on the turn, rallied into the stretch, bid and was outkicked. MOMMA PIC raced off the pace inside and closed belatedly. CHAMBOURCIN raced off the pace, chased inside on the turn and had no rally. MADDIE'S GARDEN stalked outside, chased on the turn, came wide into the stretch and tired. DOWNANDDIRTYDONNA raced off the pace inside and did not factor.

BIAGIO shook loose early, was collared on the turn, came out brushing foe near sixteenth pole then came again to gain the decision. MACAW broke step slowly, bid four wide, led in mid-stretch. was brushed soon after then out-finished. TOJO'S MOJO was urged close up between rivals, moved wide in the stretch and continued well. CHINESEIAM broke slowest, rushed to contention, was outrun in the stretch but finished willingly. NUEDORF prompted the pace wide down the backstretch and stopped. A claim of foul by the second finisher against the winner for interference in the stretch was dismissed.

TWENTYEIGHTTOTHREE vied along the inside then pulled away in the final furlong while kept to his task. ASMODEUS dueled outside the winner alternating for the lead then weakened late. FIGHT FIERCELY settled off the pace, angled out in the stretch and flattened. HARBOR OF GOLD chased off the pace, moved very wide into the stretch and faded. BOURBON AFICIONADO rated between rivals down the backstretch, angled inside in the stretch and no threat. ONLYGODCANJUDGEME lacked speed along the rail and was never a factor. BACK EAST raced far behind throughout. RUN CORY RUN dropped back after the start and gave way readily.
