MARTY'S MAGIC hustled to the front inside, was collared before half mile then tired proving no match for the winner. UNION PURRFECTION raced off the pace three wide and continued willingly. DARVESH dropped back inside and lacked a rally. BACK EAST lacked speed then passed fading rivals. LORD WINSALOT dropped well behind and was never involved. RACKET broke sluggishly, rushed to contention then stopped abruptly.

MADDIE'S GARDEN stalked the pace three wide, bid at the quarter pole then edged away driving. CANDOTHIS led under pressure inside, lost the advantage into the stretch and continued willingly. TO BE LOVED BY YOU forced the pace outside to the stretch and weakened. D'ORO ROAD moved briefly closer outside before half mile then faded. SISTER MARJORIE saved ground off the pace and faltered. HARD SPICE dwelt at the start then trailed throughout losing contact with her field. The stewards conducted an inquiry into the start of the race.

NIXON JOY (ARG) trailed early, swung wide into the stretch and surged ahead late. CHACHACHING stalked the pace outside, edged to the front on the final turn, drifted out late and was nailed nearing the finish. WE READY settled off the pace inside, rallied in the final furlong then steadied slightly late. AHSAD settled close up outside then proved empty in the stretch. MALIBU WARRIOR alternated for the advantage inside then faded through the stretch. KEITHSENDSHELLOOOO lacked speed, moved very wide into stretch and was no factor. KERNESS led briefly in the two path and stopped on the final turn. Th stewards posted an inquiry into the stretch run and the third finisher claimed foul against the second finisher for late interference but the result was allowed to stand.

ROMANESQUE eased back off the dueling leaders, bid three wide on the turn, caught the pacesetters and drew off driving. COUNTTHEBRAVE shook loose inside, vied through the turn, resisted and held gamely for the place. NEIGH DUDE went after the pacesetter outside on the turn, dueled and weakened in the final furlong. OKIE DEN DEN dropped back early inside and lacked a solid rally. COLONEL BOB flashed speed along the rail then gave way on the turn. SMOKE WAGON trailed far behind then caught fading rivals. LOST AND CONFUSED stumbled badly at the break and was always outrun. NATURAL HARBOR raced within range four wide down the backstretch and stopped.
