WINNING SHOT chased the top two a few lengths back, was roused about the three eighths, launched a three wide bid at the top of the stretch and took charge by the eighth, kept on task to lengthen her winning margin. LADY LYLA gave chase to the early leader in the three path, took a slight hold at the three quarters to avoid the loose horse, commandeered the lead at the five eighths, yielded briefly to the previous pace setter at the half until leading once more at the quarter, ultimately gave way to the winner at the eighth pole, clear of the rest for the place award. NEW CENTSATION trailed through the first turn, steadily advanced along the inside up the backstretch, was cued midway through the far turn and shifted out to the four path at the top of the stretch, passed tiring foe. QUEENOFALLMYDREAMS raced off the pace, never threatened. EZ YOURS brushed outer foe at the start but quickly took charge, met an early bid from LADY LYLA at the five eighths and conceded the lead, reclaimed command briefly after the half before retreating at the quarter. MOR MISS MOJO brushed inner foe at the start, trailed after the first turn, showed little. CURLINA STAR stumbled at the start and lost the rider, walked off. STEWARDS INQUIRY REGARDING THE START AND FOCUSING ON CURLINA STAR RESULTED IN NO CHANGE.

CLASSY DISPOSITION moved up to vie for the with VIKING QUEEN after the first turn, claimed sole command entering the far turn, met a bid from BOTTLE ROCKET at the top of the stretch but finished firmly to hold off that foe. BOTTLE ROCKET (FR) bobbled at the start, shifted out to track the pace from the three path, was cued midway through the far turn to enter the stretch in a competitive position but was held at bay by the winner. VIKING QUEEN advanced three wide through the first turn, vied for command with CLASSY DISPOSITION up the backstretch, conceded the lead at the top of the far turn, flattened out in the stretch, held for the show award. CALENDULA claimed a narrow lead early along the inside, threw her head a bit through the first turn and conceded command, shadowed the new pace from the inside, but lacked the response needed late. LADY DOMINANCE raced off the pace, trailed briefly in the upper stretch, made no impact. POLA OF TROUBLE trailed for most, no factor.

POWER ATTACK settled not too far on the inside, loomed along the inside of the turn before splitting foes at the quarter, entered the stretch driving alongside HECTOR, ran down the leader to be up in the final yards while holding off the accomplice. HECTOR tracked the pace three wide, entered the stretch in an all out drive alongside POWER ATTACK, overtook the previous leader together but was denied the win. BAHAMIAN MOON stalked the early pace setter between runners, launched a bid through the far turn to take charge at the quarter, fought hard to maintain command in the stretch but ultimately conceded in the final yards. ROCKET DRAGON was rated four wide, had no closing bid, finished evenly. SMITHWICK'S SPICE was forwardly place, got in tight through the turn, had no room in the upper stretch, flattened out late. EQUULEUS trailed in the early stages, cued through the turn to pick off one foe, passed one more retreating rival in the stretch. BIG LOUIE raced off the pace, trailed in the turn and upper stretch, never threatened. HOPE IN HIM was away sharply, met a bid by BAHAMIAN MOON midway through the turn, surrendered at the quarter and faded fast down the stretch.
