THIRSTY VISION secured the inside early and settled off of a hotly contested pace, waited to the inside of a pair of rivals leaving the far turn, responded to coaxing and edged up nearing the lane, worked outward soon after and closed in under right handed asks, took command heading to the sixteenth pole and dug in gamely to deny an outer threat from ZEN IT. ZEN IT broke a step slow, regrouped and settled off the pace, traveled three deep nearing the far turn, angled out and circled five wide with momentum into the stretch, ranged up to engage THIRSTY VISION in deep stretch, continued willingly but was kept at bay. YELLOW JACKET moved up to the outside of PRINCE OF MEMPHIS around the first turn and got into an extended duel, held a slim advantage leaving mid stretch, failed to contain outer threats and gave way grudgingly. PRINCE OF MEMPHIS reared up in the gate when fractious pre race, came away well and sped to a slim early lead, sparred to the inside of YELLOW JACKET from the head of the backstretch, kept on while in the two path entering the stretch, continued to battle to about the sixteenth pole then faded. MY VINO was rated back early, raced between foes into the far turn, came three wide for the drive but lacked a serious finish. CRUEL ENDEAVOR , three wide early, dropped in and edged up to the inside of a rival leaving the half, had aim on the embattled leaders nearing the lane, steadied when lacking room in mid stretch then faded. SARK fought restraint when being taken back off the leaders heading towards the first turn, settled better soon into the backstretch and stalked in the clear, chased outside a foe leaving the three far turn, angled four wide approaching the stretch, lacked a punch past the three sixteenths and weakened.

WEST FRESNO sped clear soon after the start and raced removed from the rail, was unfazed when joined by an inner rival leaving the three eighths, toyed with that foe into the lane, went back clear under the mildest of asks in mid stretch then steadily pulled away under confident handling. WILD RULER rushed up while angled in and bid inside the winner near the three furlong marker, vied under a ride into the lane, kept on trying thrugh the final furlong but was simply no match. AUNT DEE saved ground pursuing the top pair but failed to muster up a solid stretch kick. GUITAR TOWN , off the pace and between runners near the quarter pole, came three wide for the drive but lacked a bid. PLEASEBELIEVEMERAY , fractious in the gate, saved groud off the pace and failed to get involved. PEANUT BAR , off a beat slow, chased outside a rval, shifted four wide for the drive and faded.
