THEBIGFUNDAMENTAL broke well and remained forwardly placed, pursued the leader from the three path on the turn, closed the gap after three-quarters had been run, issued a confident challenge spinning into the stretch, was almost a half in front when asked for more travelling in the furlong grounds, gave it willingly and kicked clear. HAMMERIN AAMER sat within range of the front runners well rated in the the two path, picked up interest coming up to the end of the bend, fanned out into path six from upper to midstretch, straightened away and had a good finish down the center of the strip to procure the place. LENSTAR came away a length the fastest of all, cut over to the two path, showed the way, pulling on the left side of the bit, and with the primary pressure coming from NIGEL'S DESTINY stationed along the inside route, shook that one off only to have the winner draw up as the new danger after six furlongs had been reached, got set down stepping into the stretch, yielded in the general area of the three-sixteenths marker, then weakened into the show slot. NIGEL'S DESTINY settled along the rail soon after the start, put the pressure on LENSTAR during the initial stages, pilot applying a strong grip on the reins for most of the opening half, began to fall back as the third fraction was about to be posted, backed away steadily once into the stretch. VINCENTO inched his way into the two path proceeding along the backstretch, departed it by tipping out into path three, chased the pace without making its presence felt during the run around the bend, got sent out into path seven by midstretch, lacked a solid offering. BATTLE MIDWAY strung out four wide on the turn, was never involved. TATHQEEF parked out along the overland route on the turn, angled into path eight during the opening stages of the stretch run, lacked a rally. WILD ABOUT DEB made it over to the rail in short order after the start, came under a ride approachnig the half mile pole, didn't pick up ground appreciably. EXULTING left the post parade after stepping onto the track, underwent a four wide pursuit on turn, and gave way after going three-quarters.

WEST COAST bumped between foes at the start and squeezed back due to pressure from LOCAL HERO inside and OUTPLAY to the outside, chased five wide, came under coaxing three furlongs from home and bid powerfully through the latter portion of the turn to circle four wide and issue a challenge swinging three wide into upper stretch, took over command straightened away, edged clear under a drive to prevail. YOU'RE TO BLAME bumped at the start by OUTPLAY and in turn bumped and squeezed back the aforementioned foe due to that pressure, chased five wide down the backstretch until tucked three to four wide nine-sixteenths out, came under coaxing just past the three-eighths, angled six wide into upper stretch, offered up a good finish to close in and secure the place honors. OUTPLAY broke in at the start bumping YOU'RE TO BLAME into WEST COAST and squeezing that rival back along with TALE OF SILENCE in tandem with pressure from LOCAL HERO breaking outwards to the inside, chased four then three wide from just off the pace, came under coaxing five-sixteenths from home, spun just off the inside into upper stretch briefly heads apart for command, then weakened in the late stages while well clear for the show honors. JAMMINWITHBRANDON broke out at the start and bumped LOCAL HERO into TALE OF SILENCE, chased five then four wide through the turn coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, swung four wide into upper stretch and tired. TALE OF SILENCE got bumped between foes and pinched back at the start, chased three then two wide, came under coaxing midway on the turn, swung three wide at the quarter pole and passed tired rivals in the stretch. WICKED MACHO established the front and showed the way in hand along the inside through swift splits under pressure from OUTPLAY to the outside, came under coaxing five-sixteenths out, cut the corner into upper stretch displaced from command and faltered in the drive. LOCAL HERO bumped at the start by JAMMINWITHBRANDON and in turn bumped TALE OF SILENCE into WEST COAST squeezing those rivals back in concert with pressure from the outside provided by OUTPLAY, chased forwardly placed three then two wide under urging from three furlongs out, spun just off the inside for home and folded. LOOKIN AT BLESSING brushed the off side stall at the start, chased three wide early on, tucked to the rail nine-sixteenths from home, came under urging midway on the turn, angled four wide at the quarter pole and made no impact. SONIC MULE chased just off the inside from mid pack, came under coaxing half a mile out, retreated through the bend growing detached from the main body of the field and was not persevered with through the stretch, walked across the finish far behind the rest and subsequently walked off under his own power. his own power.

WAR STORY off the inside throughout, got guided into the two path before reaching the top of the first turn, stalked the leader from afar for nearly three-quarters, tipped out into path four at the half mile and got put to a drive, paused at the five-sixteenths pole, then moved farther to the outside rather than attempting to split opponents at that station, swung five wide into the stretch and took off in earnest after the front runners, out-worked them and struck the front with slightly under a furlong to go, edged clear, kept to the task at hand. SUNNY RIDGE set up in three path coming to the end of the homestretch, continued at a considerable distance off the rail along the backstretch, entered the far turn five wide and ranged up to press the leader, forged to a narrow lead late on the second bend, had the winner draw up to issue his challenge after settling into upper stretch, got reeled in a short distance beyond the eighth pole, vied willingly tor the next sixteenth before backing away. TU BRUTUS (CHI) away well, quickly established control, carved out the pace stationed out in path three, felt an uptick in pressure nearing the conclusion of the backstretch, had SUNNY RIDGE force the issue to his outside soon after stepping onto the far turn, was head to head with that foe sliding over closer to the rail at the five-sixteentsh marker, wound up about a half length behind when called upon for the stretch, stayed prominently placed for the ensuing furlong before weakening into the show slot. GOVERNOR MALIBU along the inside route proceeding along the homestretch, got eased out into path two after entering the clubhouse bend, sat in midpack pursuing TU BRUTUS, had the rider resort to a brisk hand ride nearing the half mile pole, went over towards the rail leaving the three-eighths pole, was under a full drive cutting the corner into the stretch, made no impact. DOYOUKNOWSOMETHING mostly four wide on each turn, got set down taking path five into the stretch, had no gain. BEHESHT (FR) travelled in the three path on the first turn, shifted closer to the rail once onto the backstretch, departed it still placed in path two, stepped three wide into the stretch and went about towards the finish line in hand. It's worth noting that none in this field of six spent signficant time along the inside route from the opening turn to the five-sixteenths pole.

ABEL TASMAN five wide down the backstretch, got marooned briefly six wide into the turn and tucked in over the heels of SALTY to the four path nearing the three-eighths, advanced powerfully put to coaxing near the five-sixteenths and tucking to the two path, surged inside of the leader scraping the paint before cutting the corner into upper stretch, took over and inched away under a drive, came under late tepid threat and held safe kept to task. SALTY four to five wide in pursuit, took the overland route through the turn coming under coaxing three furlongs from home, spun four wide at the head of the stretch, dug in under a drive with good energy to nearly latch on the leader as she hit the finish while clear of the rest and second best. BENNER ISLAND forwardly placed six wide down the backstretch outside the top pair, tucked four wide into the turn prompting the leader and taking over command with five-sixteenths to go, came under flanking threats nearing the quarter pole, spun three then two wide into upper stretch under a drive and was displaced straightened away, weakened in the late stages while along for the show honors. SWEET LORETTA stumbled at the start, recovered to cross inside and chase three then two wide through the turn, came under encouragement with five-sixteenths to run, cornered three wide into upper stretch and weakened. UNION STRIKE stumbled badly at the start pecking the ground, recovered to chase four then three wide through the turn, came under coaxing midway on the bend, spun just off the inside for home and tired. NIKKI MY DARLING showed speed for the opening half mile racing five then four wide into the turn between foes, came under urging nearing the three-eighths and retreated through the turn under coaxing, swung six wide into upper stretch and gave way. FLORIDA FABULOUS established the front and showed the way four wide under some pressure from a pair to the outside, tucked three wide nine-sixteenths from home, had the aforementioned foe back away and was put to urging confronted by BENNER ISLAND midway on the turn, got headed for command with five-sixteenths to go, faded through to the quarter pole and went five wide at that station before faltering in the stretch.

SONGBIRD out-broke the competition and retained the advantage, sat entrenched three to four wide along the backstretch setting the initial fractions, shifted onto path two nearing the half mile pole, got pounced upon by PAID UP SUBSCRIBER midpoint, fell back by as much as a long neck a sixteenth later, completed the rest of short run to the end of the bend with the rider holding something in reserve, same as the nemesis, had that foe's pilot commit to a drive first, this occurring just as the pair started to spin into the lane, re-claimed the advantage during the ensuing furlong, lightly hand urged by this juncture, was set down to a brisker hand ride with approximately a sixteenth remaining and edged clear. PAID UP SUBSCRIBER shadowed the winner from off the inside and to its left during the initial stages, closed in and fully hitched up to the winner with a furlong remaining on the backstretch, moved over to the rail at the top of the turn, unleashed a bold bid coming to the three-eighths pole, pilot only mildly encouraging the mount, inched her way to a narrow lead as three-quarters was being reached, was put to a drive coming into the lane in a practical dead heat with the top one, reluctantly relinquished during the tussle that followed over the next eighth, was stubborn to the end, but had to settle for being second best. HIGHWAY STAR rode the rail to the quarter pole, was put to a more and more energetic ride making her way around the turn until under a drive by the five-sixteenths pole, angled out heading for the top of the lane, out-raced CARINA MIA for path four, continued to spar side by side with that opponent the rest of the way to the finish line, came out about a path in deep stretch, was straightened away right away and got the show. CARINA MIA came away from the gate in good order, stepped onto the turn from the three path, shifted slighly wider turning into the stretch, was gently nudged out a bit more after being beaten to position by HIGHWAY STAR soon afterwards, winding up in path five by the three-sixteenths marker, remained engaged with the previously-named rival for show honors, shied out slightly with seventy yards to go, after HIGHWAY STAR momentarily came out towards her in the midst of a full drive, proceeded onward for the last major check. VERVE'S TALE took up the chase two wide on the bend, was under a drive coming from path three into the stretch, made no headway. FACTORY OF FAITH raced sluggishly along the chute, was four wide entering the turn and sent seven wide exiting it, made no impact. BAR OF GOLD settled into midpack after the field had been sent on its way, worked out a tuck into the two path at the half mile pole, sat within range of the front runners, got called upon for the drive and came up empty.

DISCO PARTNER broke out at the start and bumped PURE SENSATION who broke outwards, saved ground near the rear, remained patiently handled advancing steadily given some rein to work with, got set down spinning just off the inside for home in behind his stable mate, tipped out to the three path a furlong out, offered up a good kick to surge to the front a sixteenth from home and prevailed repelling the runner up to the finish kept to task and establishing a course, North American, and world record time. GREEN MASK chased just off the inside early on until tucked to the inside half a mile from home, got let out angled five wide at the head of the stretch, offered up a good kick to issue a challenge a furlong out, was in the midst of overtaking the leader when headed himself a sixteenth from home, fought on to the finish but was repelled to the wire. HOLDING GOLD three to four wide in the early stages, tucked inside half a mile from home, came under urging three furlongs out, swung five wide into upper stretch, offered up a good finish to secure the show honors. AMERICAN ANTHEM came away in good order and forwardly placed, retained its prominent position, sat perched out in path four patiently keeping watch on the front runners, picked up interest after the half had been run, rolled into the lane in possession of a narrow advantage, steadily extended it being lightly ridden for most of the next furlong, got set down coming to the eighth pole having built up his largest lead, sqandered a good portion of it in the final stages yet remained comfortably in the clear. GIUSEPPE THE GREAT came out slightly springing from the starting gate, was gathered in after a few jumps but not before inducing several of its next door neighbors into making some contact with each other, got eased into the two path midway down the backstretch, travelled two to three wide on the turn, was put to a drive stepping into the lane, made no late headway. RECRUITING READY pinged about getting lightly bumped from both sides after the start, responded to a brisk hand ride and rushed up to grab the top, showed the way from the two path, with HARD SCRAMBLE applying pressure on him to the outside, proved no match for the winner as they spun into lane, succumbed in the last eighth and steadily backed away. PETROV was in the four path entering the turn, got fanned out into path seven from upper to midlane, lacked the needed response. LONG HAUL BAY took up position in midpack making his way on the backstretch, raced three to four wide on the turn, got roused turning for home five wide, made no impact. GOLD FOR THE KING in close contact with BLESSED HALO for a jump at the start, bumped lightly with another shortly later, was in the two path heading for the turn, wandered outward down the lane until in path eight, had no gain. WILD SHOT sat forwardly placed four wide during the run around the bend and tired. HARD SCRAMBLE led briefly after the start, went on to dispute the pace three wide matched up with RECRUITING READY, kept up the effort to the quarter pole then gave way. BLESSED HALO shoulder to shoulder with GOLD FOR THE KING right after the break, got hung out along the overland route on the turn and was never in contention. CLASSIC ROCK brushed with RECRUTING READY in the shadow of the starting gate, made it over to the rail well before reaching the conclusion of the backstretch, and would wind up the lone member of this bulky field to spend significant time along the inside route, got put to a prolonged hard drive after entering the turn and faltered. THE MONEY MONSTER took up the chase four to five wide on the turn and never made its presence felt.

ANTONOE five wide in the clear down the backstretch, tucked to the four path nine-sixteenths out before taking to the two path half a mile from home while unhurried at the tail of the field, came under coaxing five-sixteenths from home, spun four wide into upper stretch before darting to the inside straightened away, rallied up the fence with a good kick to challenge inside the final eighth seemingly hiding in plain sight from the leader, took command just inside the sixteenth marker from SASSY LITTLE LILA out in the center of the course five to six paths from the rail and inched away to the finish. SASSY LITTLE LILA established the front and showed the way in hand just off the inside through moderate splits, slipped away given a notch near the five-sixteenths to widen her lead briefly swinging three wide at the quarter pole, dug in under a drive under threat to the outside, drifted out under threat to the six path herding out DICKINSON as the aforementioned foe scurried up the rail a hidden threat in plain sight albeit with five paths separating them, got collared just inside the sixteenth pole, dug in and held on to secure the place honors by a nostril. DICKINSON bobbled slightly at he start, raced in hand three wide in aim of the leader in the clear, tucked inside half a mile from home and was patiently handled until nearing the quarter pole, angled four wide into upper stretch set down for the drive, rallied willingly to threaten inside the final furlong latching on near the sixteenth pole and was herded out a path or two in the late stages and rebuffed for the place honors while clear of the rest for the show. HARMONIZE rated four wide in mid pack using the cover of CELESTINE, tucked to the two path into the far turn following that foe to keep her cover until put to encouragement tipped out three wide five-sixteenths from home, continued three wide into upper stretch, weakened in the drive. MOR SPIRIT away quickly from the gate, contended for command just about from the get-go, was rated along vying to the outsde of SHARP AZTECA, continued along under the same set up for six furlongs, was already in the clear when roused in the vicinity of the three-sixteenths marker, responded to take charge during the next furlong, lengthened away in the last eighth, under a hard drive to the wire. SHARP AZTECA took up position in the three path with the advantage soon after the start, carved out the fractions with the top one in accompaniment to the outside, got put to a drive as three-quarters was being completed, yielded nevetheless to a more confidently-ridden rival, steadily fell back but continued onward in a worthy manner to garner the place. TOMMY MACHO raced in midpack during the opening phases, got set down a furlong shy of the half mile pole, began the run around the bend three to four wide, gradually moved up, split rivals coming to the five-sixteenths pole, shifted over closer to the rail afterwards, impeding MAHAYMEN, got angled back into path three early during the stretch run and was outfinished. AWESOME SLEW quickly tucked into the three path after the start, gradually worked its way into path five traversing around the bend, fanned out into path seven during the initial portion of the stretch, lacked a solid late response.
