NITROGEN shadowed the leaders three wide, readily ranged into attack position leaving the second turn, took command four wide entering the stretch, drifted about through the drive, but opened clear and held sway determinedly. MEASURE was allowed to settle off of the inside, came under a ride on the second turn, angled inward nearing the quarter pole, got through and was just up to earn the minor award. SUPER CORREDORA was fractious in the gate, broke sharp and opened clear to set the pace, was collared leaving the second turn, contested the issue to the final furlong and gave in. REGALED was jostled between horses at the start, was unhurried at the tail of the field, finished with a belated improvement but was never a factor.
